Level 1
An electrician with level 1 training is qualified to work on overhead and underground cables connected to the electrical network. They have a licence to operate on electrical distributing networks and are an Accredited Service Provider (ASP). Underground & overhead systems
An electrician with level 1 certification can work in both residential and commercial buildings that have electricity networks. Overhead and underground cable systems can be connected to, installed, repaired, and maintained by them. The overhead and underground electrical networks maintained by the Supply Authority, on which level one electricians work, are usually situated close to roads.
